Bruce M. Perry

Bruce M. Perry is the founder of Integra Law Group. He received his M.B.A. degree from the University of Washington, with an emphasis in finance and accounting, and his J.D. degree with the highest honors from the University of Idaho.   He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant on the tax staff of Price Waterhouse in Seattle and then with Deloitte & Touche in Boise.  His CPA license is currently inactive.

For almost thirty years, Mr. Perry has practiced law in the areas of business and estate planning. He has helped clients form corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities by preparing the organizational documents, including buy-sell agreements among the owners. He has helped clients prepare wills, trusts and other estate planning documents.

Mr. Perry has been a speaker at seminars for the Idaho State Small Business Development Center, the School of Business at Boise State University, and at continuing education seminars for attorneys and accountants sponsored by the National Business Institute. He is a member of:

He is married with four children. His favorite sport is fishing and he also enjoys hiking and playing golf.
